Step 1 Contract Download

1. DOWNLOAD THE CONTRACT Below are links to download our tour / rental contract for signing and completing your booking. (It is easier for us if you rename the downloaded file, to your lastname+firstname)

2. Upload the document to SIGNREQUEST : After download please go to www.signrequest.com to fill in,
3. SIGN & EMAIL the signed document to us at this email: email@example.com

Instructions for signing and sending the tour rental contract below
There are a couple ways to fill out the form from your computer, phone (or tablet), but the easiest way is using Sign Request for free
SIGN REQUEST : OPTION A
SIGN REQUEST (Recommended method)
1. If you have not renamed the downloaded contract please rename it with your booking number + last name + first name (for example booking confirmation number is 101 , last name meijer then name the file 101meijerron.pdf (this helps us find it and place it with the booking) .
2. Go to https://signrequest.com/
3. Next to a Step 1. Info box, you see the green Add document to sign button, click it
4. Follow the instructions to upload it
5. Next Click “Only Me” under “Who needs to sign?”
6. Enter your email
7. Enter under “Contacts” our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
8. Fill in a message if you want to.
9. Click agree to Terms
10. Click Sign to Prepare document at this point you will fill the document out
Note an instruction comes up on how to add Signature and Text the Signature looks like a pencil with a underline, the Text is a “T” click the okay button to proceed and…
a. Please make sure all information is filled out and correct. (Click in every area that has a underline, you will find these areas at the top of page 1 and the bottom of page 3)
b. When you get to the Signature of the renter/parent/guardian click the and select the pencil tool to add your signature, after you are complete with the signature then
c. Notice in the top right of the website an arrow pointing to finalize click the finalize button
e. click the sign button
11. Now signrequest will send you an email (check your spam) for you to confirm and send the document to us. Your email will say validate your email address click the green button Click here ->
12. That’s all folks thank you if you have trouble with this step and are familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader you can send it that way as an alternate or use another service see below for details

HELLO SIGN : OPTION B
An alternative to these Adobe and Signrequest is Hello Sign
1a. Download (if you haven’t already) our rental contract please click here and
1b. Rename it with your booking number + last name + first name (for example booking confirmation number is 101 , last name meijer then name the file 101meijerron.pdf (this helps us find it and place it with the booking) .
1c. Go to Hello Sign https://www.hellosign.com/ and click in the top right hand sign up (they allow you to sign and send 3 documents per month)
2. At the top right click on your email address and add a signature, you can sign on the computer or you can upload one.
3. Under Who needs to sign? Click JUST ME then
4. Sign your documents, click UPLOAD FILEs and upload the downloaded contract
5. After it is uploaded please make sure all information is filled out and correct. (Click in every area that has a underline, you will find these areas at the top of page one and the bottom of page 3)
6. At the bottom of page three you see the signature field, in the top left of HELLO SIGN, you see a signature box, click and drag that down on top of the signature line on the contract.
7. When you have checked everything, fill out the recipients email address, email it to email@example.com and also you can add yourself, so you have a signed copy, fill in the document title and message.
8. Now it will ask if others need to sign, click JUST ME and Send we should receive the document shortly.
ADOBE ACROBAT : OPTION C

1a. If you don’t have adobe acrobat reader, or a pdf reader that can fill-in pdf forms and save then you need to install one on your computer. We use Adobe https://get.adobe.com/reader/

2. Click in every area that has a underline, you will find these areas at the top of page one and the bottom of page 3. Please make sure all information is filled out and correct. Hit the save button. (Note you will find your booking/reservation number from your copy of the booking online or via email receipt). You can type in your LEGAL NAME as your signature. (typing your name in the signature serves as a digital signature)
3. Email it back to us, but attaching the saved version of the pdf to firstname.lastname@example.org
Last bring the copy of the signed document with you, just in-case we need to fix or change something. This will make the tour depart faster.
